2. How to determine if health information is reliable or not, eg, who produced the information? Is there a conflict of interest? (ex. information about Prozac from the makers of Prozac is probably biased) does the author have credentials? Etc.

3. Where and how to find health information? For this part, I'll talk about books, websites and reference services available through the library and on the internet. For example, there is a website called (NIH) Senior Health that many people find helpful.

We would like to welcome and introduce Jennifer Zvirdin as our new Enhance Fitness Instructor. Jennifer started teaching at our center in January but she has taught many other fitness classes in the past few years. Jennifer loves to motivate and
help others become more healthy and fit. Her goal for the class is have fun, be social and motivate others to be more active. The Enhance Fitness Class is
designed specifically for older adults and has three components including: balance work, strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. It is an excellent class for both beginners and more advanced students. Jennifer can adapt the exercises to each participant’s ability. Come and check it out—the class is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM. Come Join The Class & Have Fun!
